SLIPNOT® anti-slip industrial covers provide a long-lasting, all-metal solution for trenches, vaults, and utility holes. Unlike rubber safety cover coating options that delaminate or grit tape that peels in wash-down environments, our proprietary plasma-stream deposition process creates a file-hard, bonded surface. This technology delivers industrial cover slip prevention by maintaining a coefficient of friction (COF) above 0.85 even under heavy industrial traffic.

We’ve engineered our coatings to withstand extreme loads without compromising safety. Our surface technology bonds molten metal to the substrate at over 4,000 PSI, creating a structure that will not flake or chip. This process ensures compliance with OSHA 1910.22 requirements for walking-working surfaces and exceeds ADA recommendations for ground surfaces.

Non-Skid Vault Cover Coating

SLIPNOT® heavy-duty anti-slip coatings can be applied to covers that support specific load requirements ranging from Class A pedestrian loads to Class F airport and heavy equipment traffic. You can specify durable anti-slip covers in steel — Grades 1-3 — for rugged industrial use or stainless steel for food and beverage environments requiring corrosion resistance.

We also offer aluminum substrates for applications where lightweight covers are necessary for frequent removal and maintenance. All materials provide a COF greater than 0.85 to ensure maximum safety.
