SLIPNOT Sweep Flooring Solutions
Our patent-pending SLIPNOT Sweep is a new durable, sweepable anti-slip flooring solution, engineered as a superior high-friction floor plate application. It’s ideal for new projects and for retrofitting existing industrial structures. This highly durable, slip-resistant flooring is a safer alternative to a slippery diamond plate or dotted metal. We offer diverse fabrication options for medium- to low-hazard zones in dry processing facilities, including primary walkways, stairways and more. SLIPNOT Sweep is easy to install with custom floor plate sizes available.

INSTALLATION METHODS
High-Friction Floor Plate Application
- Countersunk holes for fastening to supports
- Edge masking for seam welding
- Weld to existing metal structures or framing
- Plug-weld holes can be provided on an internal grid pattern for additional weld points
- Perforated plate options remove approximately â…” of plate strength, so additional supports may be required
Material may bow from the heat of the SLIPNOT process; adequate fastening is advised.
