- The Situation
A company quoted as "an engineering-driven Tier 1 supplier of cost-competitive, carbon fiber parts designed for mass reduction in low and mid-volume platforms" was looking for a solution to slippery areas within their loading areas. The facility had a 30,000 - 50,000 vehicle production capacity, meaning, that the loading area saw a lot of traffic and the changes of slips and falls in are high.
- The Solution
After reviewing options, the manufacturing company contacted SLIPNOT for a solution. SLIPNOT provided (5) 5' x 10' x 1/4" thick Grade 3 steel plates that were painted black. The Grade 3 coating is ideal for the high traffic area in Plasan as it provides maximum durability and longevity.
