Everyone loves casual Friday.  Everyone loves casual Friday even more when it benefits a great cause! Each quarter this year, SLIPNOT is collecting money to benefit a different organization.  Employees simply make a donation each month in order to wear casual clothes on Fridays and their donations go towards a specific local organization.

This first quarter’s donations have gone to the Downtown Boxing Gym (DBG) in downtown Detroit.  The DBG is an amazing organization that provides free athletic and academic after school programs for students ages 8-18.  They provide mentoring, tutoring, basic need fulfillment (meals and transportation), career and college prep, social support, athletic training, enrichment programs, and emotional support for youth in the city of Detroit.  Their involvement in these young lives is life changing and they support over 150 students currently with a waitlist of over 1,300.  The DBG is constantly giving back to the community and SLIPNOT is not only grateful to be their neighbors but is also thankful to be able to contribute financially to their program.
